How do I print a monthly calendar?

Pick the month and year, choose US Letter or A4, then press Download PDF and print it at 100% (Actual size). Tick "All 12 months" to get a whole year as one 12-page PDF.

Can I make a monthly calendar with my own events?

Yes. Add birthdays, bill dates or term dates by hand or type them in plain English for the AI date reader; they print on the right days and can repeat weekly, monthly or yearly.

Is there a monthly calendar template in Word or Google Docs?

Why do some months need six rows?

A 31-day month that starts on a Friday or Saturday (or a 30-day month starting on a Saturday) spans six calendar weeks with a Sunday start. PrintPlan adds the sixth row only when the month needs it, so other months get taller boxes.

Yes: US federal holidays, UK bank holidays (England & Wales) or Canadian statutory holidays, plus optional observances like Mother’s Day and Halloween.
