A weekly sheet that survives the week

The layout keeps a fixed eighth box for notes and priorities rather than squeezing Saturday and Sunday into half-size boxes, which is the first thing to overflow on most free templates. Each box has ruled lines spaced about 6 mm apart, a comfortable handwriting height between college-ruled and wide-ruled paper.

Holidays and your own saved dates are printed in the right day before you write anything, so the bank holiday Monday or the dentist appointment is already there. Need an hour-by-hour view instead? The daily planner covers 6 am to 9 pm.

Questions people ask

Is this weekly planner dated or undated?

Either. Pick any day and it prints that Monday-to-Sunday (or Sunday-to-Saturday) week with dates, holidays and the ISO week number, or tick "Blank" for an undated sheet you can reuse.

Can I print several weeks at once?

Tick "Four weeks in a row" to get a four-page PDF starting from the week you picked, which is handy for a month of planning in a binder.

Portrait or landscape?

Landscape puts the seven days in two rows of four boxes (the eighth is for notes and priorities), good for a desk or fridge. Portrait stacks them in four rows of two, which fits a ring binder.

What is the difference between a weekly planner and a weekly calendar?

Here, nothing: the same sheet has dated day boxes (the calendar) with ruled lines to plan tasks (the planner), plus a checklist box for the week’s priorities.
