Privacy and saved data

PrintPlan has no accounts and no database. Calendars and PDFs are made in your browser.

What stays in your browser

Your paper size, week start, holiday region and any dates you add are saved in this browser's local storage so they are there next time. They never leave your device unless you use the AI date reader.

Clear my saved PrintPlan data

The AI date reader

When you press "Add to calendar with AI", the text you typed (up to 1,500 characters) and today's date are sent once to our server and passed to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to turn it into calendar entries. We don't store that text or log it with your identity. Leave out anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security for a short time.
